This bungalow was built in 1909 and had seen a few updates over the years, but needed a lot of work. We took the main floor to the studs and reworked the kitchen layout and opened it up to the living and dining room. All three bathrooms were remodeled and the primary bath was opened up to allow more light in. We also furnished the entire house with gorgeous pieces and natural materials which gave everything a casual yet sophisticated feel. The palette of blues, greens, and reds makes the space colorful while still being calming and cozy.
