I collaborated on this project while working for Westward Foundry. This home is located in south Boulder and backs up directly to the foothills. It was originally built eco-friendly, but felt dark and had dated finishes. We furnished the home and carried out some cosmetic changes. These included whitewashing the fireplace in the living room, replacing tile backsplash, updating countertops, putting in open shelves in the kitchen, and adding a built-in in the den. It now feels much more open and relaxing.
